Refund Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before our driver is dispatched. Once the driver is en route, cancellations are no longer possible and a refund will not be issued.
Refunds for Missing or Damaged Items
If an item is missing from your order or arrives damaged, you can contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will refund or replace the items at no additional cost. You can also submit issues with an order from your order history.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and automatically refund the cost of that item. You will never be charged for products we cannot deliver.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Refunds are only issued for the situations described above.
